Creating a new user account will also create a new organization expected to start and submit forms. If you need to log in to an existing organization, then go back and log into that account. If you have forgotten your user name or password, then use the password reset utility on that page.

If you need to work on forms on behalf of an organization for which you are not authorized to submit them, then do not create a new user account. Rather, request that an administrator of that organization add a user account for you to their profile.

If you are managing funding on behalf of an organization, government body, or business that does not already have a profile here, and you have authority to create, sign, and submit forms on its behalf, then create an organizational account.
